I just got back from a big cycle I went from Claremont, did Constantia neck, down into hout bay, up onto Chapmans peak, down to Long Beach, up Ou Kaapse Weg, past Steenberg, through Tokia and back to Claremont. I also do Yoga with the desperate housewives on Wednesday mornings and go to gym about 5 times a week.
Needless to say my muscles, fitness and all round physic kick all your asses especially you slappy!

Hey, I am going to China soon to study Chinese (got some catching up to do)… but otherwise its just like a normal Gap Year… 6 months of Intense Chinese Studying…. yip… but i got my Bartenders Workshop Level 1 training… the one i told blake to get. its cool cos now i can work as a Bartender in China… its a nice thing to have for a background thing…
